Trusted by Municipalities, Global Non-Profits, and Industry Leaders
TESA Advisory operates at the intersection of public policy, industrial decarbonization, ethical supply chains, and community resilience—bridging rigorous institutional frameworks with field-level execution across Asia and the Middle East.
Urban Climate Resilience & Industrial Decarbonization
We turn complex environmental data into actionable decarbonization and climate-adaptation strategies. Our practice has spearheaded regional implementation for the Accelerating Clean & Equitable (ACE) Manufacturing Project across Gujarat’s industrial clusters with the Institute for Sustainable Communities (USA). In the public sector, we have developed data-driven research frameworks for the Surat Municipal Corporation’s World Bank-supported Community Heat Mapping Project and contributed to regional clean air policy alongside WRI India and TERI.
Circular Supply Chains & Ethical Textile Standards
We help retail enterprises and manufacturing networks embed complete traceability, circularity, and ethical labor standards into their core operations. Our work synthesizes global benchmarks including the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) / SGS Bahrain, and Fashion Revolution, with corporate ESG strategy, GRI/BRSR compliance, and broader sustainability initiatives in partnership with Insight Associates, the IKEA Foundation, and Bahrain’s Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
Institutional Governance, EHS & Community Livelihoods
Our advisory integrates industrial hazard mitigation with large-scale social impact. We have engineered industrial continuity and hazard management frameworks for the Gujarat Institute of Disaster Management (GIDM), coordinated national policy evaluations for the Swachh Bharat Mission via KPMG India and Kantar Public, and designed an artisanal human resource and supply network empowering over 700 local women across Bahrain (Askar, Bani Jamrah, Saar, Muharraq, and Manama). This is paired with extensive grass-roots adaptation work alongside MSSRF, TARU Leading Edge, Development Support Centre, WASSAN, and the RRA Network.
